This snippet is static. That is the honest limit of it.

It renders the text in the boxes on the left and nothing else. When a new review comes in, you edit the HTML again. Connect a business to Mores and you get a one-line iframe embed instead — it pulls your live Google, Yelp and Trustpilot reviews, filters by minimum rating, and updates itself as new ones land. Same layouts, same themes, no re-pasting.

Why this one is plain HTML

The constraint is deliberate, and it has a cost worth understanding before you paste it.

No script from our domain

Most free review widgets are a <script src> pointing at the vendor. When the free plan changes or the company folds, the widget on your site goes blank and you find out from a customer. This one is inline HTML and CSS — once it is pasted, we are not in the loop at all.

Nothing to load

No external stylesheet, no web font, no JavaScript, no network request. That means no layout shift, no third-party cookie, and no measurable hit to your page-speed scores — which matters, because a slow testimonial section costs you more conversions than it wins.

Static, and we say so

It renders the text you typed. When a new review arrives you edit the HTML again. If you want the section to keep itself current, that needs a connection to your review sources — which is the paid product, not a free tool pretending to be one.

Questions

Where can I paste this?: Anywhere that accepts HTML: a WordPress Custom HTML block, a Squarespace code block, Webflow's embed element, a Shopify section, or straight into a hand-written page. It carries its own styles in a scoped style tag, so it does not need your theme's cooperation and does not leak styles into the rest of the page.
Does it show my real Google reviews?: No. This tool has no connection to your Google Business Profile — it renders exactly the reviews you type into it, which is why there is no signup. For a widget that pulls live reviews from Google, Yelp and Trustpilot and refreshes itself, connect a business to Mores and use the iframe embed it generates.
