Support
Talk to a person
Mores is run by a small team, and the same people who write the code read the support mail. There is no ticket queue and no phone tree — one address, read on working days. We aim to reply within one business day and will tell you if something will take longer.
Email us
This deployment has no support address configured, so there is nowhere for this page to send you. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL to a mailbox on a domain you control and redeploy — until then the placeholder support@mores.invalid is unreachable by design.
What to write about
One inbox handles all of it. The subject lines below just help us sort.
Something is broken
Bug reportA page that errors, a reply that will not save, a sync that stopped. Tell us the URL you were on and what you expected to happen — that is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
Billing, plans and cancellation
BillingInvoices, receipts, plan changes and refunds. Payments run through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so a receipt may arrive from them rather than from us.
A moderation score looks wrong
Moderation score feedbackSend us the draft reply and the score you disagree with. This is the most useful mail we get: the risk engine improves fastest on real replies that Google accepted or rejected against our prediction.
Privacy, data access and deletion
Privacy requestRequests about your own data, or about a reviewer's data you hold in Mores. These go to the privacy address below and are answered within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy states.
Security
Security reportIf you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to us before disclosing it publicly. We will confirm receipt and tell you what we are doing about it. No bounty programme yet — we will say so plainly rather than string you along.
What to include
A message with these five things in it usually gets a fix instead of a reply asking for more information.
- The email address on your Mores account
- The business name, if you manage more than one
- The exact URL where it happened
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- The time it happened, roughly — it helps us find the request in the logs
Do not send us passwords, API keys or card numbers. We never need them, and email is not a safe place to put them. If we need access to something in your account to debug it, we will ask you to describe it rather than hand it over.
Things you can do without us
Change or cancel your plan
Settings → Billing opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal for the subscription on file.
Reset your password
Sends a reset link to the address on the account.
Compare plans and limits
Every published limit — locations, seats, monthly generations — is on the pricing page.
Try it without an account
The free generator drafts and moderation-scores a single reply, no signup.
Privacy and data requests
Requests to access, correct, export or delete personal data go to privacy@mores.invalid. That includes requests about people whose reviews you have imported — read Your rights for who is responsible for what, and Subprocessors for the list of services that process data on our behalf.
We are not SOC 2 certified and we do not sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements. If your procurement process needs either, tell us before you buy rather than after.
Outages
There is no status page yet, and we would rather say that than point you at one nobody updates. If the app is down for you, put “Outage” in the subject line and we will tell you whether it is down for everyone.
Not a customer yet, but have a question?
Pre-sales questions go to the same address. Ask us what it does not do — we would rather answer that before you pay.
