About
Replying to reviews is easy to do badly
Every local business is told to reply to all of its reviews. Almost nobody does, because it is twenty unpaid minutes a day that competes with actually running the place. The tools that promise to fix it mostly generate the same four sentences over and over — which is worse than silence, because customers recognise it instantly and Google may reject it outright.
What we actually built
Mores pulls your reviews in from Google Business Profile and other platforms, drafts a reply in the voice you trained it on, and then does the part most tools skip: it scores that draft against the rules Google's reply moderation enforces. Contact information, promotional language, asking someone to change their rating, restating a customer's personal or health details, generic template phrasing — each one is flagged with a plain-English fix before you publish, not after your reply quietly fails to appear.
The other half of the job is getting reviews in the first place. You can send a request by email, a short link, or a QR code they take home on an appointment card, receipt or aftercare sheet, then watch what it does to your rating over time. That is the part Google will not do for you and the part that moves revenue.
What we hold ourselves to
A human approves every reply
Nothing is published behind your back. The AI writes the draft, you read it, and it goes live when you say so. Even auto-approval runs inside guardrails you set yourself. This is a deliberate product constraint, not a missing feature — a public reply is your business speaking, and a machine should not have the last word on that.
We score the risk before you publish, not after
Google moderates review replies and rejects the ones that break its rules or read as generic filler. A rejected reply is invisible: you think you answered a customer and you did not. Every draft in Mores is checked for contact details, promotional language, review gating, personal or health details, and boilerplate phrasing before you post it — and told plainly what to fix.
We will not help you fake it
No review gating, no filtering unhappy customers out of your request list, no generated reviews. Those tactics violate Google's policies, and the risk of losing your listing dwarfs the benefit. We help you ask more of the customers you already made happy, and answer the ones who were not.
We say what we don't do
We are not SOC 2 certified. We do not sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements, so Mores is not a place to keep patient data. We cannot promise a rating increase, and no one honestly can. We would rather lose a sale than sell a compliance guarantee we cannot deliver.
Who it is for
Single-location businesses that want to stop dreading their inbox, multi-location brands that need every location to sound like the same company, and agencies running reputation for a roster of clients. It works especially well for practices where one bad public reply is expensive — dental, med-spa, veterinary, legal — because the moderation check catches personal and treatment details before they become a public disclosure.
If you want the whole thing run for you, our Managed plan does exactly that: we write and approve the replies and send you a monthly report.
Talk to us
We read everything sent to support@mores.ca. Feature requests, complaints, and “this reply should not have scored that highly” reports are all genuinely useful — the last category especially, because the moderation engine gets better the more real rejections we see.
